BIO

Dayna is the resident director of the Canadian production of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and had the same role in the Canadian production of Come From Away before the pandemic. She also worked on the Australian and West End productions of Come From Away as an Associate Director and Choreographer.

Select Directing credits include: Crazy For You (Citadel/Theatre Calgary-Sterling and Betty awards for Outstanding Musical and Outstanding Choreography), Forever Plaid(CAA Theatre), Avenue Q(Citadel-Sterling for Outstanding Musical), Oliver! (NAC), The 39 Steps(Neptune/Stage West/1000 Islands), Stones in His Pockets(Neptune), Driving Miss Daisy, Tuesdays With Morrie(Starbright).

Dayna has also worked as a choreographer all across the country, from Vancouver to Fogo Island, Newfoundland. She was a member of the Stratford festival as an actor and a choreographer for 9 seasons and worked on 11 productions for the English Theatre Company at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa as an actor, choreographer, and director.
