BIO:

Matthew (he/him) is an interdisciplinary artist and sought out director-choreographer, voice educator, movement coach, and certified yoga instructor. Selected director-choreographer credits: SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL (Bravo Academy), MY HERO and BIG TOP DREAMERS (Transcendence Theatre Company, CA), 4TH OF JULY SYMPHONY CELEBRATION (Green Music Center, CA). Matthew’s selected performance career spans from Broadway (JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR), Off-Broadway (ZORBA, THE BEST LITTLE WHOREHOUSE IN TEXAS), The Stratford Festival (CAMELOT, JCS), National Tours (FIDDLER ON THE ROOF), Transcendence Theatre Company (Zach, A CHORUS LINE – B’way World SF nomination), Theatre Rusticle (Flute/Thisbe, A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM – Dora Mavor Moore nomination). 

As a voice and speech educator, Matthew is a Designated Linklater Voice Teacher on faculty at Toronto Metropolitan University, York University, Randolph College for the Performing Arts, and the Moving Voice Institute. Creator of @bodypresenceworkshop, Matthew is also an executive board director of lbs/sq” Theatre Company and holds an M.F.A. in Theatre with an Emphasis on Teaching from York University.
